Even though we got lost several times, made the bad decision to go to Attapeu, and had a minor breakdown on the road it was still one of our favorite times.
One of the main things we loved along the Bolaven Plateau Loop was that even though we were in a poor country where many of the children and locals had very little, everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles that seemed bigger than the surrounding waterfalls.
